    Refund Conditions

    For credit card and other traditional payment methods:

    • Must be requested within 7 days of purchase
    • Less than 5% of credits used (up to a maximum of 300 credits)
    • Past subscription time is non-refundable (only unused future time is refundable)
    • A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund

    How to Request a Refund

    For eligible payment methods, email [email protected] with:

    • Registered account email
    • Order number/transaction ID
    • Purchase date
    • Payment proof (screenshot of receipt)

    Special Case - Annual to Monthly

    (Only available for credit card and traditional payment methods)

    • Can convert annual plan to monthly
    • Charge one month + 5% processing fee
    • Refund remaining balance

    Processing Time

    1-3 business days to process your refund request. Once approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
