Refund Conditions
For credit card and other traditional payment methods:
- Must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 5% of credits used (up to a maximum of 300 credits)
- Past subscription time is non-refundable (only unused future time is refundable)
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund
How to Request a Refund
For eligible payment methods, email [email protected] with:
- Registered account email
- Order number/transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Payment proof (screenshot of receipt)
Special Case - Annual to Monthly
(Only available for credit card and traditional payment methods)
- Can convert annual plan to monthly
- Charge one month + 5% processing fee
- Refund remaining balance
Processing Time
1-3 business days to process your refund request. Once approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
